Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every purchase you make from Kookie Kids Co! That’s why we offer a 7- day free return and exchange policy to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your order.

Eligibility for Refund or Return
Refunds or returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

-If the product received is defective or damaged, or

-If the wrong product has been delivered.

1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your items to request a return.

2. Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.

3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement,
depending on your bank.

Exchanges:
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to help! Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and let us know which item you'd like to exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and ship the new item to you once we receive the original one.

Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale or clearance items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll take care of the return or exchange at no cost to you. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
